Our answers will vary based upon what our ultimate goal is, and the reality is that it doesn’t matter what your answer is. The important point is that you don’t have to answer at all. If we were discussing a vacation route, a work task, or some other worldly thing, we would. When it comes to our personal journey, though, no discussion is necessary.

Even if I were to try to explain it, there would still be confusion. My case is not unique. We’re all motivated by different things and value things differently as well.

So, what is the point of all this? It may appear to others that you’re on a sidewalk to nowhere, but if it’s the sidewalk you’ve chosen, the journey will undoubtedly be worth it. Just keep walking.
